If you would like to have your home lightly cleaned or touched up on a weekly bi-weekly or monthly basis... this is the perfect package for you. Rates will be customized. You may not have the time or energy to clean their home on a regular basis. Simply Clean of Charlotte Inc is here to assist with regular home cleaning, which is essential to the upkeep and maintenance of any home, as well as maintaining and ensuring the health and well-being of all its occupants. We will provide all necessary cleaning supplies. Cleanings will include: All Rooms: - Furniture and visible surfaces dusted. - Dust reachable fans, light fixtures, pictures and décor. - Vacuum all carpeted floors. - Sweep, then mop all floors with a clean mop and water. - Remove trash and replace liner -Clean all door frames and baseboards -Clean all vent covers -Clean all cob webs and spider webs -Dust the top of all doors -Clean all windows and sills Bedrooms: - Make beds (Services included with all rooms) Bathrooms: - Clean shower(s) and tub(s). - Clean toilet(s). - Clean mirrors. - Clean sinks and faucets. - Clean all cabinet fronts. Kitchen: - Load and run dishwasher (excess dishes will be stacked neatly in the sink). - Clean countertops, stovetop, and sink(s). - Clean appliance fronts. - Clean tabletops. - Clean all cabinet and drawer fronts. Customer Guarantee: We will re-clean to your specifications if you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning service. When scheduling a cleaning appointment, we require a $50 deposit to reserve your timeslot. Remaining balance is due at time of service.
