This package is designed for clean up after construction or renovation. Focuses on the removal of all dust, paint and small debris. Rates will be customized. This service is excellent for a good clean, polish, and refresh all areas of the home, apartment or condo. We are here to ensure that your property is spotless, sparkling and ready for showing. Cleanings Include: All Rooms: - Furniture and visible surfaces dusted. - Dust reachable fans, light fixtures, pictures and décor. - Vacuum all carpeted floors. - Sweep, then mop all floors with a clean mop and water. - Remove trash and replace liner -Clean all door frames and baseboards -Clean all vent covers -Clean all cob webs and spider webs -Dust the top of all doors - Dust removal -Paint specs removed -Ensure property is show ready Customer Guarantee: We will re-clean to your specifications if you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning service. When scheduling a cleaning appointment, we require a $50 deposit to reserve your timeslot. Remaining balance is due at time of service.
