One Time Cleaning

Service Description

This service is considered a light clean, and does not extend beyond the 3 hours allotted. Rates vary with size of home. Cleanings will include: All Rooms: - Furniture and visible surfaces dusted. - Dust reachable fans, light fixtures, pictures and décor. - Vacuum all carpeted floors. - Sweep, then mop all floors with a clean mop and water. - Remove trash and replace liner -Clean all door frames and baseboards -Clean all vent covers -Clean all cob webs and spider webs -Dust the top of all doors -Clean all window and sills Bedrooms: - Make beds (services included with all rooms) Bathrooms: - Clean shower(s) and tub(s). - Clean toilet(s). - Clean mirrors. - Clean sinks and faucets. - Clean all cabinet fronts. Kitchen: - Clean countertops, stovetop, and sink(s). - Clean appliance fronts. - Clean tabletops. - Clean all cabinet and drawer fronts. NOTE: Customer Guarantee: We will re-clean to your specifications if you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning service. When scheduling a cleaning appointment, we require a $50 deposit to reserve your timeslot. Remaining balance is due at time of service.
