Service Description

This service usually takes between 3-5 hours to complete. Rates vary with size of home. This package does not have a time limit because the attention of detail to every surface of your home is beyond comparison. Cleaning consists of: All Rooms: - Furniture and visible surfaces dusted. - Dust reachable fans, light fixtures, pictures and décor. - Vacuum all carpeted floors. - Sweep, then mop all floors with a clean mop and water. - Remove trash and replace liner -Clean all door frames and baseboards -Clean all vent covers -Clean all cob webs and spider webs -Clean all switch plates -Baseboards -Dust the top of all doors -Clean all window and sills Bedrooms: - Make beds (services included with all rooms) Bathrooms: - Clean shower(s) and tub(s). - Clean toilet(s). - Clean mirrors. - Clean sinks and faucets. - Clean inside all cabinets and fronts. Kitchen: - Load and run dishwasher (excess dishes will be stacked neatly in the sink). - Clean countertops, stovetop, and sink(s). - Clean appliance fronts. - Clean tabletops. - Clean all cabinet fronts. Hallways: -Baseboards dusted -Cobwebs removed -Floor swept/mopped/vacuum -Furniture dusted -Lamp & lamp shades dusted -All switch plates cleaned -Top of door frames dusted Customer Guarantee: We will re-clean to your specifications if you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning service. When scheduling a cleaning appointment, we require a $50 deposit to reserve your timeslot. Remaining balance is due at time of service.
