This package is reserved for businesses requiring professional cleaning and maintenance services at their facility or office. Rates will be customized. The service can be performed at any facility or office. If you need your cubicles cleaned, bathrooms mopped, and break room cleaned, on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, then we are here to help. All Rooms: - Furniture and visible surfaces dusted. - Dust reachable fans, light fixtures, pictures and décor. - Vacuum all carpeted floors and rugs. - Sweep, then mop all floors with a clean mop and water. - Remove trash and replace liner -Clean all door frames and baseboards -Clean all vent covers -Clean all cob webs and spider webs -Dust the top of all doors -Janitorial duties -Clean and sanitize all bathrooms -Clean break room countertops, tables and floors -Clean all windows and sills -Ensure facility is ready to receive customers for next business day Customer Guarantee: We will re-clean to your specifications if you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning service. When scheduling a cleaning appointment, we require a $50 deposit to reserve your timeslot. Remaining balance is due at time of service.
